THE PROJECT
A smart home planned from the beginning.
Domotica Systems coordinated with the design and electrical teams from shell stage so wiring, finishes and automation could be resolved as one complete system.

The villa required advanced lighting, shading, entertainment, energy, climate, irrigation, pool and security functions without making everyday control complicated.

Room lighting, outdoor circuits and motorised blinds are coordinated through keypads, the OPUS touchscreen and mobile control.

Indoor and outdoor sound designed together.
Revox in-ceiling speakers, outdoor audio and a Denon 5.1 system provide consistent entertainment across living, garden and pool areas.
SECURITY AND CONNECTIVITY
Video entry, CCTV and a dependable network.
DoorBird intercom, automated gates, CCTV and Ubiquiti infrastructure provide secure access and reliable connectivity for every integrated system.
