THE PROJECT
A complete smart-home retrofit.
The original automation had reached its limits. Domotica Systems analysed the existing installation and rebuilt the home around Loxone while the family continued living in the property.
THE REQUIREMENT
Major change, minimal disruption.
Lighting, heating, hot water, access and security had to remain operational while several previously separate technologies were brought onto one dependable platform.

ONE MANAGEMENT INTERFACE
The whole villa in one place.
Lighting, shading, VRF, underfloor heating, fireplace, audio, intercom, access and security run through one Loxone system. The complexity remains behind the scenes while the owners use one familiar app.
ENGINEERING
Built around a serviceable central cabinet.
The Loxone Miniserver, Air Base, DALI extensions, relay modules and dimming equipment were arranged so the installation remains reliable, understandable and ready for future expansion.
COMFORT
Lighting, climate and shading working together.
DALI, 0-10V, phase dimming and DMX colour control were coordinated with motorised shading and room-by-room climate to create simple scenes for everyday living.
PROTECTION
Monitoring that continues when the owners are away.
Window and door monitoring, presence detection, leak alerts and reservoir-level information give the owners a clear view of the property from home or remotely.
