THE PROJECT
A smart home designed around a clean interior.
The owner wanted extensive automation without visible complexity. Controls needed to remain consistent from room to room, with discreet wiring and an interface that was straightforward every day.
THE REQUIREMENT
Maximum automation with minimal intrusion.
The project combined low-voltage lighting, motorised furniture, energy backup, shading, climate and entertainment while protecting the architectural finish of the apartment.

Lighting, shading, climate, energy and audio are controlled from one app or a familiar keypad. The owner uses the same method in every room.
THE CONTROL CABINET
Engineered from one distribution board.
The Miniserver, Air Base, RGBW Tree dimmers and power equipment are organised centrally so every circuit is serviceable and the system can grow later.
SIGNATURE FEATURE
A dining table that extends from the island.
A motorised table appears from the kitchen island at one touch and retracts to restore a clean worktop, controlled through a Loxone Touch Surface.
ENTERTAINMENT
Cinematic sound tied into the room scenes.
The Yamaha surround system works with the lighting scenes so the living room changes from everyday use to film viewing through one simple action.
