THE PROJECT
A boutique hotel designed around guest comfort.
Domotica Systems delivered a Teletask GRMS that gives guests intuitive room control while giving management live information across lighting, HVAC, occupancy and critical hotel services.
THE REQUIREMENT
Luxury, efficiency and visibility had to coexist.
The hotel required premium controls, reduced energy waste in empty rooms, central reception oversight and dependable monitoring without making the guest experience complicated.

GUEST ROOM CONTROL
The right interface at each point in the room.
Door, bedside and bathroom keypads give guests direct control of lighting, temperature and blinds without introducing unnecessary complexity.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Rooms respond to occupancy and open windows.
Card readers, door contacts and window sensors reduce wasted energy by switching services appropriately when guests leave or open a window.
CENTRAL MANAGEMENT
One view across all 26 rooms.
Reception and management can review room state, adjust systems and respond remotely, while pump monitoring provides earlier warning of operational issues.
